Description

BPW adjuster for S 1704 - 25 drum brakes. As part of the adjusting mechanism, it is used to set the clearance between brake lining and drum.

A correctly set shoe clearance prevents the linings from dragging or the brake from responding too late. After fitting, set the shoe clearance to BPW specifications and adjust both wheel brakes of an axle evenly.
