Description

AL-KO brake expander for the BPW wheel brake R S 1704-7 RASK. When the brake cable is pulled, it spreads the brake shoes apart and presses them against the drum.

The part is used to repair the wheel brake, for example when the expander is stiff or worn. When fitting, keep the sliding surfaces clean, keep the linings free of grease and then adjust the brake to the manufacturer's specifications.
