Description

AL-KO brake expander as a spare part for the AL-KO wheel brake 1637. When braking, it pushes the brake shoes apart and evenly against the brake drum.

A stiff or worn expander leads to uneven braking and is replaced during the brake overhaul. After replacement, adjust the brake to AL-KO specifications and compare the braking effect of both wheels.
