Description
The KNOTT brake drum is supplied with pressed-in wheel studs, so the wheel is fastened with wheel nuts. When switching from a drum with wheel bolt fixing, the fastening hardware therefore changes as well.
Tapered roller bearings, shaft seal and grease cap are ordered separately. During installation, the bearing play is set via the axle nut and the wheel nuts are tightened to the specified torque. Brake drums on one axle are replaced in pairs.
