Description
WAP brake cables for trailers with WAP wheel brakes, designed as Bowden cables with clevis and hook-in eye. They transmit the braking force from the compensating bar to the wheel brake and differ within the family only in length.
Determine the correct length from the sleeve length (HL) and cable length (SL) of the removed cable. Cables that are too short become taut when the suspension compresses, while cables that are too long form loops and impair brake response. After fitting, carry out the basic adjustment of the wheel brakes and readjust the rod.
This version differs from the other variants in the range by: HL 900/SL 1130 mm bell Ø 22 mm.
