Description

The KNOTT hook-in eye connects the brake cable to the wheel brake: the cable is hooked into the eye by its bell and thus transmits the actuating force. The eye is designed for KNOTT wheel brakes from 160 x 35 to 250 x 50 as well as for BPW brakes of the -5 and -6 versions and for SCHLEGL brakes.

The eye only fits brake cables with the corresponding bell diameter; cables with a nipple or mushroom head require other fittings. After changing the cable, the brake is readjusted.
