Description

The KNOTT brake cable with black sleeve is a Bowden cable for KNOTT wheel brakes in mechanical overrun brake systems. It transmits the pulling force from the compensating bar to the wheel brake.

The cable nipple sits in the brake lever of the wheel brake, where the sleeve is supported by the bell. At the opposite end, cable and sleeve are screwed in place.

After replacing the cable, the brake system is adjusted in the prescribed order: first the wheel brakes, then the rod.
