Description
On car trailers with a mechanical overrun brake, the KNOTT brake cable with black sleeve connects the compensating bar to the KNOTT wheel brake.
At the wheel brake, the nipple hooks into the brake lever and the bell takes up the end of the sleeve. The thread at the other end of the cable is used for screwing and adjusting at the compensating bar, where the sleeve is also screwed in place.
The correct length is determined from the sleeve length and total length of the old part. The sleeve is routed free of kinks and chafing points.
This version differs from the other variants in the range by: HL 1130/SL 1340 mm cable thread M8.
