Description

AL-KO Longlife brake cable with mushroom head, a Bowden cable for operating the AL-KO wheel brake via the brake rod. The red sleeve identifies the Longlife version.

One end of the cable has a nipple, the other a mushroom head as a quick-fit pin, which is hooked in rather than screwed. A cable with a threaded end does not fit a mushroom head connection. On the sleeve side there is a bell and a connecting thread.

The cable is available in numerous lengths: measure the sleeve and cable length (HL/SL) on the removed cable and readjust the brake system after replacement.

This version differs from the other variants in the range by: HL 1320/SL 1516 mm mushroom head.
