Description

AL-KO brake shoe set as a replacement for the BPW S 1704-7 RASK wheel brake on BPW trailer axles. The brake shoes carry the linings, which are pressed against the brake drum when braking.

RASK stands for the version with automatic reverse. Shoes from a brake without the automatic reverse are not interchangeable despite identical dimensions, so check the designation of the fitted wheel brake before ordering.

Renew the brake shoes on both wheel brakes of an axle together, check the brake drums for wear at the same time and readjust the brake system afterwards.
