Description

The KNOTT breakaway cable connects the trailer's handbrake lever to the towing vehicle. If the trailer becomes detached unintentionally, the cable pulls the handbrake lever and applies the overrun brake.

The versions differ in length; the PVC sheathing protects the cable. Choose the length so that the cable does not tighten when cornering but does not drag on the road either. Replace a cable that has been triggered or is damaged.
