Description
The handle plate lock closes doors and flaps on trailer bodies and combines handle and lock in one plate. It replaces separate handles and locks with a single component that is fitted into a cut-out.
Before installation, compare the cut-out in the door or flap with the old part and check that there is enough depth behind the plate for the lock housing. The fixing holes must match the hole spacing of the existing cut-out; if the holes differ, drill new ones before mounting and protect the drill holes against corrosion.
