Description

The hollow rivet Doppel-Calott is a two-part rivet with a domed head on both sides. It joins tarpaulins, straps and leather, for example in trailer and vehicle construction, and leaves a smooth, round head on both sides after setting.

Choose the shank length according to the total thickness of the material to be joined: if the rivet is too short, the upper and lower parts do not engage sufficiently; if it is too long, the shank buckles sideways when set. The rivet is set with a suitable setting tool.
